Ketentuan Layanan Huahua

Berlaku mulai: 18 Juli 2026

Ketentuan ini berlaku saat kamu memakai aplikasi Huahua — Belajar Mandarin, yang dibuat oleh Huahua Learning, Indonesia. Dengan memakai aplikasi ini, kamu setuju dengan ketentuan di bawah.

1. Akun

Kamu masuk ke Huahua memakai akun Google atau Apple milikmu. Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga keamanan akun tersebut dan aktivitas yang terjadi di dalamnya.

2. Langganan berbayar

Apa yang kamu dapat: akses ke pelajaran, latihan, dan fitur premium (termasuk roleplay dan penilaian pelafalan berbasis AI) selama masa langgananmu aktif.
Pembayaran & perpanjangan otomatis: ditangani sepenuhnya oleh Google Play atau Apple App Store, sesuai metode pembayaran yang terdaftar di akun tokomu. Kami memakai RevenueCat hanya untuk mencatat status langgananmu (aktif/berakhir) — bukan untuk memproses pembayaran.
Berhenti berlangganan: dilakukan lewat pengaturan langganan di Google Play atau App Store milikmu, bukan di dalam aplikasi Huahua. Kalau kamu tidak berhenti, langganan akan otomatis diperpanjang sesuai kebijakan toko tempat kamu berlangganan.
Refund (pengembalian dana): mengikuti kebijakan refund Google Play atau Apple App Store. Karena pembayaran ditangani oleh toko tersebut, kami tidak memproses refund secara langsung — ajukan lewat toko tempat kamu membeli.

3. Pemakaian yang wajar

Kamu setuju untuk tidak:

membongkar (reverse-engineer), menyalin, atau mendistribusikan ulang aplikasi atau kontennya di luar pemakaian pribadi;
mengambil data aplikasi secara otomatis (scraping) atau mengganggu operasional layanan;
membagikan akun berbayarmu untuk tujuan komersial kepada pihak lain.

4. Hak atas konten

Materi pelajaran — teks, audio, ilustrasi, dan struktur kurikulum di dalam aplikasi — adalah milik Huahua Learning.
Rekaman suaramu (untuk latihan pelafalan atau roleplay) tetap milikmu. Kami hanya memakainya untuk memproses dan menampilkan hasil latihan itu kepadamu, sesuai Kebijakan Privasi kami. Kami juga meminta penyedia audio pihak ketiga yang kami pakai untuk tidak memakainya melatih model AI mereka.

5. Penyangkalan

Aplikasi disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Kami berusaha menjaga layanan tetap berjalan dengan baik, tetapi tidak menjamin aplikasi akan selalu bebas dari gangguan, kesalahan, atau downtime.

6. Hukum yang berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai hukum Republik Indonesia.

7. Perubahan

Kami bisa memperbarui ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Tanggal "Berlaku mulai" di atas akan diperbarui saat ada perubahan.

Huahua Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Huahua — Learn Mandarin app, made by Huahua Learning, Indonesia. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

1. Account

You sign in to Huahua using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity that happens under it.

2. Paid subscriptions

What you get: access to lessons, practice, and premium features (including AI-voiced roleplay and pronunciation scoring) for as long as your subscription is active.
Billing & auto-renewal: handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store, using the payment method on file with your store account. We use RevenueCat only to track your subscription status (active/expired) — not to process payments.
Cancelling: is done through your subscription settings in Google Play or the App Store, not inside the Huahua app. If you don't cancel, your subscription auto-renews according to the store's policy.
Refunds: follow Google Play's or Apple App Store's refund policy. Because payment is handled by the store, we do not process refunds directly — request one through the store where you purchased.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content beyond personal use;
scrape app data automatically or interfere with the service's operation;
share your paid account for commercial purposes with others.

4. Content ownership

Lesson content — text, audio, illustrations, and curriculum structure inside the app — belongs to Huahua Learning.
Your voice recordings (from pronunciation practice or roleplay) remain yours. We only use them to process and show you your practice results, per our Privacy Policy. We also ask the third-party audio providers we use not to use them to train their AI models.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." We work to keep the service running well, but we do not guarantee it will always be free of interruptions, errors, or downtime.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will be updated whenever we do.
